Originally, this project was created in 2019 as another segment towards my final major project at university. Since then, I decided to revisit the project which needed refreshing and refinement. I researched medieval taverns and layouts in order to break down what was needed to be made and what was used in those times. The diorama was designed to have a lived in experience, hence the reason for spillages, dirt decals, tankards rolled over, chair on its side etc.
All assets were modelled in Maya, high poly details done in Zbrush (Table, wooden planks, chairs, bread), textured in Substance 3d Painter, rendered in Marmoset toolbag and final compositions were done in Photoshop. Thanks for viewing!
